Radhakrishnan

Radhakrishnan is an alumnus of Sainik School , Amaravathinagar. Securing a meritorious position in the All India Entrance Examination to Sainik Schools, Radha chose to study at SSA as a boarder though he had the other option of studying as a dayscholar. He has imbibed those great leadership qualities the School imparts to its resident students. Nurtured during formative years in the disciplined environs of SSA,Radhakrishnan does not merely address the coaching needs of students of Vivekananandha, but his curriculum planning lays importance to physical fitness of students as well. A graduation in Chemistry with Maths and Physics as allied subjects and a Post-Graduation in English Literature equip Radha to handle all subjects with ease. He has over 20 years of experience of coaching students to face All India Entrance Exam to Sainik Schools and RIMC. Radha has tilted the scale of Results year after year in his favour by sheer dint of hard work ever since the inception of the center way back in 1997.With Radha at the helm, the center created history in the year 2000 with a pass percentage of 98 and 37 students joining the school. No wonder the position of Vivekanandha as the market leader in terms of results remains unshaken over the years.

Saradhamani enjoys the unique distinction of having been both the alumnus and teacher of Sainik School , Amaravathinagar.She is a SLET qualified, Trained Post Graduate in English Language and Literature and a Certified Soft Skills Trainer.She holds a PG Diploma in Guidance and Counselling.

She has over 24 years of teaching and training experiences ranging from students of class VI to those of Master of Business Administration and from School teachers to middle level managers in corporate houses. Equipped with a penchant for languages and passion for teaching she has taught and trained in prestigeous which includes Sainik School, Amaravathinagar, Montfort Hr.Sec.School, Yercaud, SJN, Kallar,ICFAI University, Hyderabad, MEFGI, Rajkot, Gujarat, Presidency University, Bangalore, New Horizon College of Engineering , Bangalore. As a teacher trainer she has trained the teachers of ARB International School , Pollachi, Sri Venkateshwara Group of Institutions , Gobi, Vidhya Vikaas Mat. Hr. Sec. School, Tirupur and Navarasam Mat. Hr. Sec. School, Erode. With this vast and dynamic experience in the field of education Saradha is ready to take the challenges head on and deliver results analysing the needs of Vivekanandha children professionally.

Wg Cdr (Retd) Karunamaya Kajekar

Karuna is a Post Graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He joined the Air Force Academy, Hyderabad in 1978 . He topped the course and won the coveted “First in Order of Merit trophy”.He is an alumnus of Defense Service Staff College, Wellington. After an illustrious career of 22 years in the IAF,Karuna took premature retirment in 2001.

He started his second innings in the Corporate world as Business Head in a pioneering company. He left an indelible mark in the corporate world too growing the Chennai centre of the company threefold within a short span of time with his sharp business skills and along with the organisation rose to the level of National Head.

But Karuna soon realised that Community Development is where his heart is. He is now actively involved in upgrading the infrastructure of a Primary school in a village near Mangalore, his home town through community participation. His mission is to create Computer awareness and fast track English Language and Mathematics learning beyond text books.

Karuna has been a Corporate Trainer and motivator

Vivekanandha is fortunate that his counsel is readilly available to it in matters ranging from administration to curriculum planning and from infrastructure development to Grooming and Etiquette training.

Wg.Cdr.(Retd) P.Duraiswamy

An alumnus of Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), Wellington (Nilgiris), Wg Cdr P Duraiswamy (Retd)has held various senior level appointments in the Indian Air Force, besides being the Chief Instructor at the Air Force Administrative College, Redfields, Coimbatore.Durai is agraduate in Commerce and a post graduate in Science.He also holdsa Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from IGNOU. After opting for voluntary retirement from the IAF in 2004, he has held senior level management positions in the corporate sector and was Vice-President at META-I Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. History is Durai’s forte.Durai is an upright and principled officer and a loving and caring individual.These traits are sure to be emulated by students placed under his care. Armed with administrative skills and teaching (officers) experience that the Indian Air Force has equipped him with, Durai is now shouldering the responsibility of the administration of Vivekanandha Sainik Coaching Centre (Branch) established near Manupatty.

Senthil Kumar

Senthil is a graduate in Commerce .Endowed with great sense of humour ,he vibes with students with perfect ease. His knowledge base goes beyond text books. A voracious reader that Senthil is, his reading ranges from the Gita to Travelogues and various other genres. Strong in analytical skills, Senthil is the right resource in Vivekanandha kitty to handle logical reasoning paper besides managing logistics of the center.
